This hotel is definitely not 4 start hotel. Rooms are simple, a bit worn-out but clean, properly heated but a bit dark one (I missed proper light in bathroom). Food was delicious - one long table with hot food, 2 with cold food and a special place for bread and sweets. Staff was nice although prices of drinks were quite high.
Surrounding is great for nature lovers. The hotel is located on a rocky hill surrounded by 2 valleys with rock dwellings. Far away from Urgup but very calm. Do not expect nightlife in surrounding.

The rooms are clean.
There's a constant warm shower
There's a great Hamam inside.
The people are friendly
And above all; the food is hot (not a standard in Turkye)
And the Wifi is free!

Whoever gave this hotel 4 stars either never visited it or is taking a backhander. The services and general condition of the hotel should not exceed 2 stars. Beds are uncomfortable. Food, unbelievably for Turkey was bearley edible, cleanliness mediocre. Urgup is a small town with few interests for the tourist, and this hotel does not even stand near the centre of what might be of reasonable interest, it lies on the outskirts, the view from our window was way short of what one might expect.
Staff are OK, which for Turkey is not much in the way of praise.
Would I recommend this hotel? Only to my worst enemy!
