dont think twice i have come for the first time and really pleased and satisfied with the kind of service and help the hotel provides. stayed in deluxe room and the room is excellent for the price. food in the resturant is very good morning buf try the aloo parathas they were really good. our bar tender mr. baid was really good at the counter with his team. all the best and keep the good work . you will get good customer for the future business.

thanks to the MD n the staff for org the ring ceremony of my child in an outstanding manner , which all our guests n folks'll relish life long. it is to place on record the hospitality extended to one n all during the ceremony giving a personal touch by everyone
involved in it. the coordination was evident at all times in all the events ,staff was so cordial n v kind to every guest ,just keeping the hindu tradition' atithi devo bhawa'. all the guests have all praise for the hotel swarn tower mgmt n staff even today.THANX A TON..

in october,i had to travel to bareilly for my corporate meeting. four rooms were booked for us in swarn towers.bareilly. When we reached there,i was startled. I was not expecting such a great hotel in bareilly. Excellent service and cleanliness. Food quality was also good. In future whenever i will go to bareilly,i'll surely stay in swarn towers.

Its is hotel very nicely located close to railway station. It has a good resturent. Food quality is good. Room service is slow but effective. The hotel requires improvement in general hygine to make it equivalent to a 3* hotel
