My parents in law stay at the B&B for a couple of days in April 2010. They have very poor english but that wasn't a problem thanks to Ivan and Lorina's kindness. They took really care of them, making sure that they were enjoying their stay and sending us emails almost everyday to keep us up-to-date. My parents in law had a really great time there.
We will for sure stay at the B&B for our first trip in Cairns!

This is simply the best B&B! Fabulous location, the best breakfasts, hot tub & pool, what more could you ask for? It is a perfect place to stay - I cannot recommend Cairns Reef 'n Rainforest highly enough. Ivan goes out of his way to ensure that your stay is the best - his advice on trips is second to none and he takes all of the worry out of booking as he does it for you!

We loved it here. The quiet, rain forest atmosphere, the lovely, clean saltwater pool, the charming family pets, the excellent food and most especially, the extraordinary hosts with their genuine, warm hospitality and painstaking attention to detail... my husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. No need went unmet. Ivan and Lorina, along with their 2 delightful children, AJ and Samantha, have created one of the most special places imaginable to experience Cairns -- simply not to be missed!

We actually stayed in early 2005, but it was such a memorable trip that even all these years later, I had to post a review... I have utter confidence that nothing has changed. I would return in a moment! Though my Australian husband sadly passed away in late 2007, I will always have the cherished memories of our stay in Cairns.

From the moment I arrived I was looked after. Ivan and Lorna arranged a hired car for me, arranged collection from the airport, it was all done. When I arrived at the B&B I was amazed, not another house or building to be seen just lovely trees, birds and a beautiiful room! However to get in to town was easy, just 5 mins away a huge shopping centre and 9 mins the city centre. Breakfast was always different and made with that family love. I loved the huge selection of tropical fruit!! Ivan and Lorna are very knowlegable about Cairns and areas surrounding it they helped with what activities are great to do. I have been to alot of B&B's around the world and Ivan and Lorna have knocked it on the nail!! A MUST see!!
