I headed to this hotel from Bordeaux via A89 and arrived after sunset in the winter day. It is nice location for the stranger like me, because very close to the 50th exit on A20. 1 hour drive for Limoges and Rocamadour, 45 minutes for Thonac Vezere, 30 minutes to Collonge-la-Rouge or Turenne from the hotel. Though it is located between A20 and rail tracks, no traffic noise woke me up during my sleep. Quiet environment.
The room equips an electric jug for cup of coffee but no fridge.
One thing that I recommend you is better to remember minimum number of phrases of French, because some reception ladies do not speak English well.
