“Nice location, unfriendly staff, terrible food”

Twin waters is a beautiful area, however we were very disappointed by the unfriendly staff who seemed to view customers as an annoyance to their day. The resort itself is somewhat dated - in need of an update, however the natural beauty of the surrounding area made up for it. The food in the resort restaurants was also very disappointing - not to the standard you would expect for the pricing level. Would not recommend.

“Even though it rained all week the kids had a ball”

I have visited this resort numerous times and thoroughly enjoyed my stay again. The rooms are in good condition. Staff friendly, the bar and bar food great. With the pool, lagoon and water sports mostly unavailable due to the poor weather the resort coordinated a host of other activities to keep the kids entertained - Daily movies, Wii competitions, laser skirmish, table tennis, video games, Internet .....i will be coming back.
