“Awesome People, Facilities and Food!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 March 2011

Corbett Leela Vilas- A place worth staying. Excellent Customer Service right from the beginning itself. Karan- the person who handled our sales query was very courteous and professional. He was very honest also when we asked him about why should we choose CLV over other nearby resorts. No false promises were made. We were given a warm welcome and allowed to have our lunch first and then complete check-in formalities. We were exhausted by the long journey and the buffet lunch was refreshing. The staff was courteous all the times asking each on of us for anything we need. The Cottages are neatly built around the pool. They are tastefully done with each cottage having its own private lawn with beautiful flowers. There is a private sit-out area(patio) for each cottage. The sitting room has its own individual AC with chairs and a couch. The room had LCD TV, Mini-Bar with 2 Bottles of Mineral Water and Soft Drink complimentary per day. The beds were very comfortable with clean linen. The room has wooden floor and full-length windows with matching double layer curtains. The Bathroom was well equipped with shower area and a Jacuzzi. It had all the essential supply of toiletries. The dinner buffet was as good as the lunch. They serve beer on order. There is a recreation room with options like Table Tennis, Snooker and Carrom. The swimming pool is well-placed amongst the garden. There is a sit-out near the Dining area for Tea-coffee.

The only thing that was needed was an Air-Curtain or insect-killer in the Restaurant. The jeep safari was good except that the tiger did not show-up. It would be better to request the hotel for the arranging Dhikala area permit on a gypsy or book yourself for the Canter(16 seater) ride to the Dhikala Area from the Ramnagar office of Corbett Tiger Reserve.

The check-out was as smooth as the check-in. They accept Credit card as well. A perfect place for a comfortable, safe and fun-filled stay along with family. Kids also enjoy. Addition of a play area for tiny-tots will be great.

The experience is worth each rupee spent. Looking forward to visit again and experience the “Luxury in Wilderness”.

Room Tip: All Cottages are located close to the reception.

“Honeymoon in the Lap Of Luxury”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2011

Hi,
It gives me immense Pleasure to describe my stay at Leela Vilas (corbett), For first i wasnt sure about my destination as it was my First outing With my partner after our honeymoon, i wanted it to be special, i was looking for something that gave us space to spend that little romantic times together, without the hustle bustle of city life, My friend recommended me Leela Vilas , trusting his reviews i thought of giving it i try, and i must assure you that it had everything more than what i desired , We checked in on 26th January, the day we checked in a Pool side candle light dinner was arranged on request ,it was the most peaceful n romantic dinner we ever had, (no doubts the food was finger licking good ;) ) As a couple you always desire to light up that romance and the rooms at leela vilas offered us the perfect ambiance. The rooms were Luxurious and the bathroom was a delight (esp the Jacuzzi) However the Wardrobe was a little Tight to stuff in your belongings . Next Night a bonfire was arranged with the view of Enchanting Kumaon ranges offering the perfect back drop with fountains setting up the mood . The two nights stay at Corbett Leela Vilas was amazing. Although at first i felt it was Expensive but the experience i had was memorable as everything was worth the penny" and i look forward to visit again.
Cheers!!

“Paradise!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2011

We people had to celebrate our job joinings, and at the same time we wanted to be at a place which was close to nature. Being close to Delhi, Corbett National Park was our first choice. Reviewing the hotels and resorts, we hit across Corbett Leela Vilas, a place which was recommended to me by my friends. Since money wasn't a constraint this time, we wanted a resort which offered ultimate luxury along with the adventures of Corbett. This was our last holiday together for a long period of time, so we wanted everything to be perfect. Republic Day offered a perfect holiday for us, and thus was a perfect time to enjoy our last moments together. We reached there on Tuesday morning and were seriously overwhelmed by the welcome we received. We had no hassles with getting the safari booked as the resort management was very cooperative and made us treat no strangers. The rooms were spacious, cleanest we had ever seen, and the bathroom was ultimate. No one had ever imagined that in the middle of Corbett one could find such ultimate luxury. Arrangement of a special bonfire for us along with free drinks was an icing on the cake. Before forgetting to mention, food was awesome. Next morning we went on a safari, quite excited to spot a tiger, however luck didn't favour us here. After an exhausting day, we were again back to the resort, where we spent the evening playing billiards, table tennis and other games.
To conclude I would just like to say that this resort is the best money can buy in Corbett. Hope that all the people reading this would enjoy their stay in Leela Vilas. Take my word, you would not be disappointed.
Cheers!!!!
