We booked the Panoramic because we thought the photos on the website were a true and accurate reflection of the hotel and its rooms. How wrong we could have been. Apart from the very friendly front desk staff, there was nothing right with the hotel, and over the course of our three day stay we had three different rooms, because every room was a poor experience!

Day 1: The room resembled a 1 star hostel which had not been decorated for about 30 years. The bathroom was third world to say the least and the furniture was falling apart.

Day 2: The room was a lot better. Small but modern - '80's style, but we were next to the elevator shaft. Consequently we could not sleep as the lift never seemed to stop whining, clanging and banging.

Day 3: A poor attempt at creating a contemporary space. Badly designed and a new bathroom with old fittings, probably from a similar room to the one we had on day 1.

As for the breakfast - very mediocre. The café next door is a much better choice.

On a positive note, the staff and owner / manager were lovely and tried their best to accomodate our needs, hence the reason of changing our room 3 times over 3 days. The location is also good but 3-4 km from the main Rimini beach.

Not recommended until they get their act together and definitly not for 100 Euro per night - needs a total and professional overhaul!
