We selected this hotel because of it´s convenient location in front of the airport and since our flight departed very early. It´s better for us to reserve one night at this hotel, enjoy a better resting and take advantage of the free ride service van that they offer every 30 minutes to the Airport terminals, than waking up so early and take a cab in the middle of the night.
The rooms are very confortable, the A/C works well, only the bathroom is cozy but functional. Checkin and Checkout, are pretty fast, we did the checkout at 3:50am with no problem. Hotel fee is the best from the zone.

There are now almost a dozen hotels close to the airport, this is a good choice if you have an early morning flight and just need an inexpensive place to stay for the night. There is an airport shuttle service. Service is reasonably good, rooms are small but well maintained. Parking is somewhat limited, so do not arrive too late at night or finding a place to park may be difficult. The hotel is right at the entrance to the FINSA Industrial Park.

If you know Monterrey and prefer to rent a car rather than moving around with expensive cabs, this is the best choice. They pick you up at the airport with a simple phone call and in the hotel you also get the rented car. Even when it's nearby airport, almost no annoying sounds. Great savings.
