There are now almost a dozen hotels close to the airport, this is a good choice if you have an early morning flight and just need an inexpensive place to stay for the night. There is an airport shuttle service. Service is reasonably good, rooms are small but well maintained. Parking is somewhat limited, so do not arrive too late at night or finding a place to park may be difficult. The hotel is right at the entrance to the FINSA Industrial Park.

If you know Monterrey and prefer to rent a car rather than moving around with expensive cabs, this is the best choice. They pick you up at the airport with a simple phone call and in the hotel you also get the rented car. Even when it's nearby airport, almost no annoying sounds. Great savings.

I arrived on time and while the location is good and the rooms are nice but small, when I showed the printed reservation for the rate they would not honor it. They said it was a promotional rate but was not in effect now so the rate they gave me was about 200 pesos higher. When I contacted Orbitz, they would do nothing for me but apology. I am tightly budgeted for my trip and these two nights has caused me to cut on food for the next two day, I strongly recommend you do not use Orbitz because they do not follow up on quoted rates.
