Nothing wrong with the hotel, as middle rate, good value hotels go. I find all French hotels smell like stale smoke even in non-smoking rooms so it doesn't bother me but my boyfriend didn't like it very much. We parked in the car park and my new car was absolutely fine. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were polite.
The town of Le Bourget though leaves something to be desired. We chose the hotel for the proximity to a RER station and easy access into Paris, but I am regretting this. Walking to and from the station is somewhat an unnerving experience when walking down near deserted poorly lit roads, or past a group of men hanging around the bars. The first trip to the station took us down a road past a small shanty town. There were quite a few shady looking characters on the RER back from Paris at night as well, not even late, around 10pm. Not a huge feeling of safety for a young couple.
I would recommend the hotel for value so close to Paris definately, but the location isn't great for a romantic break.
