I stayed here in september 2009 after reading the one review on trip advisor.
I was attending a trade show at Le Bourget exhibition centre and this was a terrible mistake to choose this hotel.
Before actually staying at the hotel i had emailed asking the staff questions re how i would get to/from the metro station as I was arriving late at night and also questions about restaurants etc in the area. At first the staff were relatively accommodation however close to my stay no one replied to my emails which left me wondering...
Perhaps my opinion of the hotel has been skewed due to my arrival time of 9pm but with no help/advice from the hotel regarding taxis it might have been better. My colleague and i walked and walked for approx 20 mins in the complete dark of this neighborhood and we did not feel one bit safe doing this.
We finally arrived at the hotel passing unsavoury neighborhoods to a rather unfriendly lady who was on the front desk. The restaurant/eating area appeared to be almost closing ... however when we enquired we were instructed that we could choose off their night menu.....which consisted of frozen, microwaved lasagna and a few other dishes. We wanted to sit in the food/cafe area but again were instructed that we could not sit there.
Regarding the actual hotel room - it was sparse but it did do the job. The bed was fine, the airconditioning smelt absolutely terrible, there was no fridge and there were no handtowels.
The next day we made our way to the train station relatively safely....but checked out rather swiftly. The staff were quite accommodating considering our earlier than expected departure and for that we were greatful.
