A pretty new and modern facility (although the rooms decor has dated very quickly), I've stayed here several times for business in the past 2 years, as its close to the airport (for when I'm commuting through Perth). The rooms are always clean and fresh. Concierge can get a little busy at times for check-in/check-out, but I've noticed a steady improvement each time I visit. Used the gym in the basement a few times which is ok.
Just remember the location... It's not really anywhere (Belmont), so the only eateries within walking distance is the in-house restaurant (eaten there a couple of times - pretty good, but expensive (but then again so is most of Perth when eating out!)) or a few take-away chains 5 mins walk up the road, I mean highway.
Speaking of highway, that's my biggest bugbear. For light sleepers like me, the road noise is a little obtrusive (I always get put on the highway side!). I've stayed in noisier places certainly - but here your bedhead backs onto the outdoor corridor as well and the window above your bedhead allows a fair bit of noise through. So for heavy sleepers, not an issue I would think, but for light sleepers perhaps pack some ear plugs just in case.
So overall, a little expensive and location is not ideal for everyones purposes, but its not bad at all.
