We selected this for a one night stay based on trip advisor reviews of a qauint hotel with charming hosts. It is quaint allright, but the hosts were largely absent. On arrival the door was locked and a note in French said to call a certain number for entrance. After several tries someone finally answered the mobile number. She gave us a security code to get into the hotel and told us where to find our keys. There were no other guests present. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor (attic). Very small, but clean and adequate. The bath had a telephone shower with no place on the wall to hang it and no shower curtain which meant that the floor was awash after one's shower. A very shy Northafrican girl was in the hotel on our arrival but obviously not trusted by the owners to deal with guests. She served breakfast the next morning but could not conduct business. Breakfast was minimal (croissant, butter, jam, one cup of coffee) for 8 Euros each. The local cafe would be a better choice. After we got settled, the wife of the owner appeared and explained that her husband was wheelchair bound and lives elsewhere. She tires to run the hotel by remote control. they had free wi fi but very poor connectivity. We slept well but probably because we were still exhausted from jet lag.
