BEWARE!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
Sergio Garcia, the manager of Galiza Suites, kept my $1,375 deposit upon check out with promise that he would be returning it. Instead he kept the deposit and racked up a phony list of charges (i.e. $20 broken glass, $80 broken chair that was broken upon move in, $400 for scratches on the refrigerator door, $20 for a plastic corkscrew, etc.) that totaled what he thought was a $1,250 deposit. But my deposit was actually more and I have the credit card receipts to prove it but he simply said he did not care.
They charge up to $150/night for a room but should not be getting more than $60/night maximum. Their customer service is TERRIBLE.
BE SURE TO RETRIEVE YOUR DEPOSIT BEFORE CHECKING OUT...AND WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL CLOSELY!!!
