I'm quite happy with our stay at this hotel. We had good value for price. The chalet location is fantastic as it is only a few steps to a small drag lift that gives you access to the rest of the Arc 2000 lifts and pistes. We had a large group and reserved a large multi-bedroom chalet. Upon check-in we were givien an upgrade to an even larger chalet because it was not sold for the week. This was very nice of the staff and we enjoyed the increased level of comfort of having more space. Only complaints are that the bathrooms were a little too small in some cases and the sauna in our chalet was not the greatest. It looked dirty and cold air was leaking in. The living room was very nice and cozy, and the kitchen was a good size.

We stayed in Arcs 2000 last December/January for a week. The flat was quite spacious considering it was 2 bedroomed with a spare bed in the kitchen/lounge. It was well heated and very quiet throughout our stay. The pool and sauna were also a great bonus at the end of a tiring day skiing. We didn't eat in any restaurant but went to a few of the bars which were not too busy but still livley enough for a gret night ut. All in all, a really relaxing enjoyable holiday and we will definitely be going back!

We booked with Crystal a year ahead planning to go with a big group. In the end there were four of us, and based on this I would say if you are going as 2 or 4 wait for a late deal on the Chalet de Neiges.

Based on the higher price that we paid the accommodation was a bit basic, small room, two single not superbly comfortably beds and a tiny bathroom, but if you got it for a good price - it was clean, lovely balcony with a view and pleasant communal area upstairs for the evening meal.

In terms of Crystal service the food was good, our chalet host friendly and transfers/ski pass collection efficient. The ski guiding was fantastic too.

We Used to stay at Arc 1950 at a 4* Radisson hotel and we imagined that Le Chalet des Neiges could have a good deal at 30% off. I CAN tell you that this was a BIG mistake.

The place is dirty, the service is just minimal and We had a very very special moment with about 80 merry folks from Belgium that drunk beer from 5 to 9 every evening, having their own music in the patio dancing and singing out loud.
The first evening it was kind of fun but the 4th one it was just unberable!!! Of course the resort Manager pretended to Be concerned :-/
So IMHO just pût a little more money in your stay and head to Arc 1950 where the folks are nicer and the place way much cleaner !!
