Six of us stayed on a valentine/groupon deal £69 per couple 3 course dinner with wine and breakfast
upgraded to valentines special meal extra £10 per head.The staff make the difference here.Very helpful and friendly.Rooms are large with very comfortable beds etc.

WE stayed here for 4 nights during one of the coldest snaps of the winter whilst visiting friends who live locally. the hotel was warm and cosy and the staff could not do enougfh to help.

The hotel is a cross between a nice modern hotel,a mini leisure and Spa break and a training/meeting venue. there were many many courses on and people seemed to be in groups who were from the same workplace or on the same course. This made the bar and mealtimes quite friendly as many people gathered in groups and led to a convivial atmosphere.

The room was very good, cleaned every day woth a nice firm bed and clean towels. the only problem was that the shower screen did not stop water getting onto the floor making this a little bit slippery.

overall worth a visit even if it is out of the way.

Like many others we stayed on the groupon deal. It was excellent value for what we paid which was £69 including 3 course dinner and breakfast.

Location is middle of nowhere but lovely surroundings and very secure, hotel reception is nice free coffee which is good.

Rooms ok but starting to look a bit dated, tv is old, tiles a bit grubby and the room was cold at times.

The bar is nice but expensive £4.50 for a cider single spirit £3.50

Dinner was fantastic, the beef was one of the best meals I've ever had nice bottle of wine with it as well

Had an amazing weekend away, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable and all the small details were perfect. Will definitley be coming back. The area was lovely had a trip to Chester Zoo which was brilliant and even the local villages like Nantwich had so much character. Hotel grounds were also stunning.
