second time we have stayed here on a family visit, it is really good value if you book on line in advance, but the room are looking very tired and outdated already (when the hotel isnt that old) very noisy at night and the check out staff seemed not to even see you (no, how was your stay, or thank you for coming!) - breakfast is ok, but wish cereals were in enclosed containers (hygenie) and they would bring you toast rather than expect everyone to que and make their own, but overall its good value for money for the price you pay

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel, it is only through client feedback that I can monitor our service levels and react to any issues as they arise.
Great customer service is at the centre of everything that we do and I apologise that this was not demonstrated to you by all of our team. Your comments regarding lack of attention from our Reception team have been discussed with their Manager who will rectify this for the future.
The rooms are indeed in need of refurbishment which we are hoping will be completed this year.
