We stayed for one night, which was a Sunday. When we arrived, the receptionist assured us that the restaurant and bar would be open that evening, and the room guide to the hotel services also said the same. However, when we arrived at the restuarant at 8.30 pm (the said opening time) it was closed and locked as was the bar A different receptionist told us that the only catering was room service, but that there were several bars and restaurants in the area and we would have no trouble getting a meal - WRONG! After half an hour walking around, we had found 4 bars and no restaurants, so we admitted defeat and returned to the hotel and ordered Room Service. 25 euros for 2 overcooked burgers in stale buns is just a little expensive. We filled in a complaint form and handed it into reception the next morning, but the staff took no notice and just put it on a pile of papers.
This lack of service is a great shame, as the hotel is very modern and the rooms were absolutely clean and well appointed.
