Treated to a Spa Day by my daughters as a Birthday treat. Fabby! We were warmly welcomed and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Lunch was very good and in pleasant surroundings. The pool is great-especially for me - as I like to be able to touch the floor (think it is 1.2 all over). Steam room,sauna,showers,ice fountain were all great facilities and a very calm relaxing atmosphere throughout the Spa - as you would expect. All our treatments were promptly attended to and the girls were again, lovely and very attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Stayed at Inchyra Hotel on 7th January along with my husband and our friends, we were celebrating our friends birthday. Our evening meal was booked for 8pm on arrival at 7.50pm we were told by a very harassed looking restaurant manager that he would show us to our table as soon as he could. We were shown to our table at 8.15 and told that as the kitchen was so busy our food order would not be taken for half an hour! Still waiting at 9pm we were told that it would be another 15 min wait by this time we were loosing the will to live but worse was to come. When the food order was taken at 9.15 we were told there was no fish and no t-bone steak or fillet steak left! Very disapointed we ordered our food at last. Our starters arrived at 9.30 HURRAY but 2 had to be returned as they were cold! Both starters were returned minus a bite and had obviously been zapped in the microwave. By this point diners were all conferring with one another how bad things were a few tables received some free drinks by way of compensation but by this stage all we wanted was food we were starving. Main meals arrived at 10pm steak which was supposed to be well done was pink but we were past the point of no return and could only laugh with our fellow diners at the next table about our faulty towers experience. The staff were at the mercy of the diners and I felt so sorry for them as obviously the hotel had filled its rooms with bookings that they could not cope with in the dining room due to lack of staff and lack of food. A crowd of workmen from scotttish power seemed to be getting the best service eating around the bar and swearing loudly according to another unfortunate couple that we met who were sat at the end of the bar beside them all
Our last course arrived around 11pm we were still sitting at the table at 11.30 along with several other people who were still eating! All in it was the longest time we have ever spent eating an average meal and absolute disaster that spoiled our whole weekend. On complaining to the duty manager next morning his compensation was to deduct the extra charges for the steak( as seemingly we had went over the allowance for the evening meal) and give us a free drink, we thought this was still unacceptable and await his discussions with management and hopefully some answers to what happened. We stay 4 or 5 times a year at various MacDonald hotels and have never had any cause to complain but honestly this took the biscuit.

If your interested in using the leisure facility's at this hotel, I'd recommend staying else where.
As apart from the location it's the only good thing.
Restaurant staff were trained by Simon Cowel by their arrogance. The reception staff were like a 3 stooges comedy sketch, I kept waiting for them to start making noises, slapping & poking each others eyes. May God, Allah & Budha be with you if you have booked here already..

My husband and I spent the most wondeful spa day at the Inchyra Grange Hotel. It was pure relaxation and felt like a mini holiday! Cannot recommend it highly enough and cannot wait to return. Top marks all round.
