My husband and I visit the Wirral twice each year to visit family. We always choose the Premier Inn Wirral (Heswall) and have come to consider it our home away from home. The staff is incredibly helpful in both the hotel and the Glegg Arms restaurant. Breakfast is tasty and easy. A great value, too!

I have used Premier Inns over many years but in Heswall the service I found was a quite exceptional with help most willingly given to a high standard from all members of the 'team' in tis hotel throughout my four day stay.
The attached restaurant the 'Glegg Arms' provided a ready suitable alternative to what was primarily a steak menu which proved to be by far one of the best meals I have had in a restaurant, prepared, cooked and presented to a very high standard, served by staff whose service to the customer was an obvious priority

I recently stayed here for one night on business, I normally pre book a few hours before but on this occasion just turned up, there was a bit of a que at the reception but was gone pretty soon, the staff were very friendly and help full, carpark was spacious and tidy and beefeater next door, unfortunately I couldn't get a phone signal I my room or anywhere in the hotel which I needed, so had to go out side, although I did get a signal in the beefeater, I did speak to the lady at reception who gave me a free Wifi voucher which helped me out, the room it self was clean like most but did smell of smoke and also the shower wasn't fixed to the wall properly, so if you can do with out a phone signal I would recommend

Visiting the area for a wedding, hotel was clean, provided everything that you could need to a weekend stay. Situated next to a Beefeater which had good food, however, it also only a 10 minute walk from the town where there are a multitude of shops and restaurants. If we had realised this on the evening we arrived we would probably have chosen to eat elsewhere.
