We ae a couple in and just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. Hotel is very clean. Reception staff very helpfull. Our room(420) and bathroom was very clean, the only fault that i had with the room was that it was very hot during the night (we had turned the radiators off).Had breakfast on both mornings which was realy nice and hot. Cant comment on the evening meal provided by the hotel though the menu did look quiet tastefull. Attached to the hotel is a family pub called the ClockTower (even tought its attached to the hotel, dont think it has anything to do with it) which we ate in on our 1st nights stay, food was very good. Will definetly recomend this hotel to familys, coupels and keen golfers(golf course next door to hotel). Would definetly saty there again.

We went last week late January to use a spa gift token for had for our wedding and thought we would book a nights stay to incorporate this all together.
Unfortunately the spa was fully booked so we didn't actually use our tokens however the staff at the hotel were fab and have promised to send us some of their own vouchers so that we don't lose out wedding gift and we will redeem these later in the year when we come back.
The dinner and breakfast were really good and very good value.

we have just come back from 1 night here and thank god it was only 1 night if it wasnt for the awful snow we would of turned round and come back home.The hotel is supposed to be 4 star i would struggle giving it a 1 star. the room was small, shabby and scruffy the curtains were all wripped the bathroom blind was filthy and falling to bits there we holes that had been poorly filled in everywhere.There was an iron burn imbedded into the carpet and so called spa.. there was no hot water to have a shower in there the jaccuzi was dirty and cold and there was a large hole in the floor in the steam room which i imagine should of had a vent covering it. All in all a poor excuse of a spa hotel!, after mentoning this to the reception staff and showing her the room they wasnt really bothered and told me she couldnt see much wrong with the room!.

Although we arrived at midnight after the musical at west end, the staff are still very helpful.The room are clean and tidy, with a warm tube for towel!The breakfast are good and staff are friendly.
