Really well located hotel, close to Great North Road, which had concerned me when booking but room was totally quiet, despite being on the side closest to road. Crown Pub next door did excellent food, although a little more costly than standard fare worth the extra. Recpetion staff at Premier Inn are really welcoming and friendly.

I've stayed at this premier inn a number of times over the past few months and I've always found the staff very pleasant. The rooms are what you'd expect for a premier inn and it's surprisingly quiet for just being off some busy roads. I've always enjoyed my stay and the Crown next door is a pleasant place to eat in.

The hotel is just off a main road and wonderfully quiet and the attached restaurant is fabulous. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was great and we enjoyed a very peaceful and uninterupted night.

The bed was the hardest I have ever laid on, I cant say slept because I hardly slept at all it was so poor. The noise from other guests was constant and road noise was also present. very poor quality.
