A party of 8, we stayed 7 days across a "public holiday" the bar was never open and the restaurant open just 3 out of the 7.
There is no lounge or meeting space other than the sparse area in the open, to the front of the hotel.
Cham was shut most of the time we were there. Zug a much better bet.
The underground car park whilst not secure suited our party as we were attending a classic MG car event in Zug.
The rooms were clean and the top floor rooms had balconies, otherwise no view.
Staff at breakfast were good and front of house, although not 24 hours were ok. Breakfast good. Did not manage to eat in the restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Switzerland. Cham is a small town close to Zug, located on the same lake. It is not far from Lucerne.

We selected this hotel since it was very close to the visit we were making the next morning and the center city location gave us plenty of choices for dining.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. They pointed out a good jogging location and a couple of restaurant choices for us.

The room was fairly large. Clean with two single beds and a desk. The bathroom was also nice. The place seemed quite new and modern. The whole area appeared to have been constructed fairly recently.

There were many restaurants in the area to choose from. We walked around the town for a while and decided to eat at one that specialized in local food - the Restaurant Milchseudi, just across the river/canal from the hotel. The food was very good there.

Before dinner, I ran down past the train station to the lake and ran around part of the lake on a good path. There are no work out facilities at the hotel, just a smokey bar and restaurant.

Breakfast was a good buffet selection. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a basic overnight stay. Its advantage is its location.
