I was travelling through Croatia with my girlfriend and we wanted to find a quiet spot for a few days of quiet relaxation in a beautiful spot - this...was...perfect!
Prvic Luka itself is an extremely peaceful island with no cars allowed, just a few boats arriving every once in a while and locals bringing in the fishing catches making up half the people you'll encounter.
If you enjoy whiling away the hours sunbathing, reading, eating, drinking, strolling off to find secluded beaches, canoeing off to neighbouring islands and completely avoiding the crowds, then this is as near to perfect as you'll find in Eastern Europe IMO.
It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for - rooms aren't massive but still extremely comfortable, very clean, modern and stylish, with amazing views (ask to face the harbour!), lovely bathrooms and wi-fi (at least in reception, if it doesn't quite reach your room).
The service is generous and extremely friendly - anything you want, just ask - and the food was absolutely delicious (easily the best on the island), especially enjoyed on the lovely terrace where you can watch the (very unbusy) world go by.
There are literally a handful of other restaurants on the island, but as they all serve quite similar food and have equally beautiful views, they just make for variety or to save a few pounds.
We WILL be returning!
