We booked a room for four at this pleasant two star hotel outside of Angers, and received a large, airy room on two levels. Downstairs had a double bed, bathroom, TV and small refrigerator; upstairs was a sort of loft with two twin beds and its own TV. There was a patio door leading outside, and a remote controlled skylight. There was also an outdoor pool and the two restaurants mentioned by other reviewers. (NOTE: it's best to make reservations if you plan to dine at either of them on a weekend night.)
The place had ample parking; it's also within walking distance of a large supermarket and a wine shop. The city of Angers, with its own shopping and tourism attractions, is just minutes away. And, finally, it had one of the nicest breakfast buffets we'd seen on our trip, for a bit under 10 euros. (A member of our party was fascinated by the orange juice squeezing machine.)
The one problem, which other reviewers have mentioned, is the fact that the hotel's location is inaccurately represented on some maps. My suggestion: follow the map to the industrial zone "Z.I. Croix Cadeau," and you'll see signs directing you to it.
