Forum hotel has a good location. It is clean, rooms are nice, stuff helpful and polite.

The rooms were tidy, quiet, and clean. Lots of hot water. The views were lovely from the rooms and top level terrace. The free internet access was consistent and ideal. The free continental style breakfast was distinctly European, but excellent. Close to Monaco and Beausoleil activities.

went here last year and had nice room this time room was small .furniture chipped but worst was shower base was cracked from one corner to other corner i asked to be moved and was but staff were not friendly for the rest of visit. breakfast was poor and the worst coffee i have ever tasted. far better hotels to be had in monte carlo

Booked as a last minute 3 day getaway and having read reviews, were rather dubious. Found the hotel to be very clean, although in need of some refurbishment, bedding and towels changed daily. Breakfast was plentiful. All staff courteous, some more helpful than others. Position of hotel obviously not 'prime' but we had no difficulty in accessing all areas. There is a lift only 3 minutes from hotel which takes you to Place St Devote on the seafront, to walk was probably a good 20 minutes.
Hotel definitely worth using if you wish to visit Monte Carlo and are on a budget.
