The hotel is clean, centrally located and good value for money. Most of the staff were very helpful, especially in a case of emergency when we needed their help.
The food offered in Lungomare restaurant was also reasonably priced and good. Breakfast was good as well, only the coffee or cappuccino from the automatic machine was horrible.
First they wanted to give us an upstairs room on the front side with sea view but facing the street. We rejected this room and were given one on the side of the hotel which did not have any view but was much quieter. The problem is that there seems to be a meeting point of village teenagers not far from the hotel and they tend to drive around on their extremely loud and stinking mopeds all afternoon and evening, absolutely annoying. Actually we did not like Santa Maria Navarrese very much, most of the shops were closed, the 'Bankomat* did not work and walking around was not much fun because of the traffic. However, the boat trip from the port along the coast is amazing.

Great hotel in a nice little town. We were pleasantly surprised by Santa Maria Navaresse. It has a small, lovely port and just enough restaurants and shops for a day or two. We didn't go to the beach but it looked pretty. We ate dinner at Lungomare (where they provide a discount for the hotel guests) and it was quite good. By this point in our trip we were getting pretty good at de-boning a small fish since it seemed like that's all we were eating for dinner every night!
The hotel is clean and simply but nicely decorated. They provided internet access in the lobby for a small charge. Although the front desk staff didn't speak much English (German was more common), they tried to be very helpful. If I were ever in this area, I would stay here again.
The next morning we did the Cala Luna hike a bit further north on the coast. Wow, what a hike! The beach was pretty and the hike was pretty intense- rocks and lots of scrambling all the way there and back. I saw people doing it in flipflops but I'd recommend wearing at least trail runners.

We booked this hotel for a week at the end of June, inspired by the review on Tripadvisor and weren't disappointed.

We had a lovely clean room, very comfortable with fridge and air conditioning, and very reasonable mini-bar :-) We didn't have a great view, as we were on the ground floor by the side of the hotel, but this didn't matter too much as we were out lying on the beach for most of the holiday. The beach is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, and there are enough restaurants and pizzerias for your evening meal. There is a really nice pizzeria restaurant right by the sea front, although I can't remember the name. The food there was delicious and very good value.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. As mentioned by previous advisor the car park is very small and tight for turning, not recommended for big cars.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area, it is very reasonably priced and you get your money's worth. I would come back to this hotel if visiting Sardinia again.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of June. It is a brand new hotel opened in 2004. The rooms were new, clean and comfortably large enough for two people. There are also fridges in the rooms which is not always the case for 3-star hotels in Italy. We stayed in a ground floor room and did not have much of a view, but the first floor rooms had sea-facing views and balconies. The location is excellent near the marina from where boats can be rented and the hotel is also within easy walking distance of all the restaurants in Santa Maria Navarrese. The hotel has a small underground car park as well as an overflow car park above ground. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and we would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Santa Maria Navarrese.
