We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night, booking a family room for 4 people. Unfortunately, the standard of the hotel was not what we expected.
Our room was on the third floor and was very hot given the high temperatures at the time. Unfortunately the air conditioning in both rooms did not to work, blowing only warm air despite being given instructions by the reception staff on its use. As a result we were forced to leave the windows open to try and get some cooler air into the rooms. The local nightclub is situated on the same street and ran on into the early hours making sleep impossible. Also, sitting on a busy road meant we could hear passing traffic through the night.
The rooms are extremely basic and very dated, although they did appear to be clean.
Breakfast was also very basic.
We complained about the air conditioning on departure and got a shrug of the shoulders from the reception staff, who gave the distinct impression it was known problem they could do nothing about.
I am sure there must be far better hotels or guest houses in this area and I would definitely avoid this one.
