I was so delighted to return to return to 'la tourainiere' for the second time this year, the hospitality and cleanlinest are exceptional, it is the most relaing place I know, Pascalle and Serge are wonderful hosts,the weather was so lovely we just laid by the pool,all day to unwind, and dined at the wonderful reccomended restuarants at night, it was fantastic Sheila and I will definitely return next year.

I would never have even tried this property without my traveling companion insisting that it was good.

I had a ground-floor room which was huge and very well furnished just off the pool courtyard. I loved the large and beautifully equipped shower room - unlike so many shower facilities in French hotels which are not designed for the fuller figure this one was superb.

The owners not only recommended a great restaurant nearby for dinner but called ahead to let them know we were coming.
One tiny downside - Pascale & Serge have bought another property much closer to The Loire and expect to move in the fall of 2008.

We only stayed one night and would have stayed longer but they were fully booked! Make an early booking.
