Inhospitable is the word for the hotel,in so far as the Indian tourists are concerned. I stayed many times there simply because I liked the place and the rooms, but lately maintenance has gone down particularly with respect to cleanliness half and it seems the owners have deserted the place and staff has taken over. Owner lady is goes over board when the guests are foreigners or some filthy rich businessmen. We booke two rooms from 5th till 8th Jan,the booking was duly accepted. There was no other tourist inthe hotel but the routine tarriff was charged. On account of snowfall ther was no light,no generater,or inverter. We were given one gas heater for one room only and that too finished. We were constantly being told by the waiter that every thing was finishing from water to food. Water was given to us in buckets that too half for each person, just like some cheap type dhramshala(inn).
On top of it all, they charged us to the hilt like top season rates. We had to extend the stay because of blockage by snow and owner who is mostly absent did not even call us to only enquire our well being even. Really disillusined !
