We stayed at Raj Resorts for 12 days . I have no hesitation in putting on record that
we have never had such a pleasant holiday in a long long time. Of course Goa’s charm
is unparallel but what made everything for us more enjoyable was our staying at Raj
Resorts.
Right from the time that we landed at Goa airport, we were made to feel so special. A car
was waiting for us to ferry us to Raj Resorts. In a jiffy (may be less than 5 minutes) we
were at Raj Resorts.
We were met with by Vivek, the owner – the most perfect host. After a quick banter and
a few laughs over a refreshing juice, we were shown into our room.
The room was spacious and well laid out. Any amenities we could need were already
available.
Vivek advised us on the places to visit and activities to indulge in. All the advice was
spot on.
Bogmalo beach is a paradise by itself. The crescent shaped water front is one of the most
beautiful beaches in Goa. One of the very few untouched, non commercialized beaches
in Goa. The people are friendly and very helpful. There are a few restaurants at the beach
serving excellent food (Take Vivek’s advice – you will not go wrong).
The breakfast served at Raj Resorts is freshly cooked and to your taste!!! Heavenly!!!
The staff is very courteous and is willing to serve with a smile.
We enjoyed talking to Vivek about the culture, customs, traditions, politics and economy
of India. We both have returned far more educated about India. He is a very well read and
knowledgeable person.
We were invited by Vivek to join his family and friends in the Diwali celebrations - one
of the most exciting experience.
Overall, our staying at Raj Resorts is what made our Goa Holiday so special and
enjoyable. Soon my brother and his wife will be staying at Raj Resorts on our
recommendation.

We returned from Goa just 18 days ago, so this review is very fresh and very truthful and absolutely genuine!
We found Raj Resort to be a little in need of a freshen up after the monsoon, which was still hanging on in there. Facilities are basic in the room, space is very generous. The firm bed sorted my back out but gave my hips a bit of discomfort. The location was fine.
The welcome from Vivek and his family and his team is absolutely wonderful! They were all so helpful and kind. We received good advice about places to eat. Breakfast was great and served with a smile.
Thank you for looking after us so well. We remember our time with you with great fondness!!

We would recommend Raj Resorts to everbody, we visit on a regular basis and have always found the welcome warm and friendly. Vivek is a wonderful host and will attend to any request you may have, this year managing to organise a trip to the Taj for us, all arranged before we even arrived. The resort is comfortable and clean, and is ideally situated a ten minute walk away from Bogmalo beach, nice and quiet with a good selection of restaurants. A taxi back to the resort is very reasonable and recommended as the trip is uphill. The resort is also very convenient to the airport, being only ten minutes away. For those people seeking a quiet, relaxing break do try the Raj, you will be pleasantly surprised.

After searching the net for some good hotels for your stay, we came across Raj Resorts with very good reviews. Without hesitation, I booked for a 4 nights/5 days stay at Raj. When we reached on 29th May, we were greeted by a pickup car at the airport. Since it was also my wife's b'day, she was greeted with cake and bouquet on arrival at the resort. This resort is run by Mr. Vivek who is a very helpful person and gives advice on travel. The room which we were provided was superb with a private terrace. It was very clean and was cleaned everyday. The restaurant also is good but a bit high priced.

Had a great stay with a great staff who were very helpful in everything. They all serviced with a smile. The only problem which we had was that there were too many lizards across the resort. I would hope that Mr. Vivek does a pest control soon. Otherwise its an excellent place to stay.
