“HOTEL In a hearth of Burgundy”

Beatiful nature aroun hotel. Nice service. Golf pole is nearby. Nice location for the people who works in industry. This 3-star hotel in the heart of Burgundy is situated opposite the Avoise golf course, comprising a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and childrens' playground. This 87-room hotel includes 7 conference rooms for meetings and seminars - a perfect place for a business trip or a relaxing break on your own or with your family. The hotel is just 0.6 miles from the Le Creusot TGV train station and has a direct TGV link (1.5 hrs from Paris, 2.5 hrs from Marseille and 45 min from Lyon). Free parking is available.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

“Novotel - Well below normal standards”

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel was so bad it is really damaging to the Novotel brand which I usually find to offer consistently good hotels.
The rooms are "tired" and in desperate need of updating.
The room service food was awful.
The hotel is situated on its own so if you do not have a car it is difficult and expensive (taxi costs are crazy!) so you have to eat in the hotel restaurant. This is a bad choice as the food is very poor, but expensive.
Unfortunately hotels in this area are in limited supply, so there is little motivation for the owners to improve this hotel. Beware!
