So clean, cosy, a home away from home, Hosts are very nice and helpful. A perfect place to stay.

I'm convinced that the reason this B&B has received so many good reviews is because the owners are a nice, older couple.

On the plus side, at least this place is fairly cheap given the area it's located in. Mr. Beadle is more than willing to give directions and information and gave us an excellent recommendation for a local gastro-pub. He is an avid gardener and the outcome shows his dedication.

On the negative, the rooms are dusty and filled with knickknacks that haven't been dusted in months. The bed is very uncomfortable and the shower is more like a mist than a shower- barely any water pressure. I've been to many B&B's that have antiques that lend an old world feel to their rooms but in this case it really just looked like alot of old furniture.

Their garden is very well done but they really need to post a bigger sign- it's hard to find this place.

If you are looking for romance, do NOT stay here. I could hear other people's conversations from our bedroom.

The breakfast is okay, average though they do offer smoked salmon.

I wouldn't stay here again, mostly due to the shower, dust and bed.

Highly recommended to all Italian visitors to Salisbury. It is very pleasant to find not only hosts able to converse in italian but also always able to cook a beautiful meal. Many thanks to our perfect hosts for making a trip to the UK an unforgettable experience.
