A small single room was what I reserved, and it is what I got. Room 19, tiny room with single bed, wardrobe, small desk, chair and night stand. En suite shower room and WC. Price including breakfast and taxes was about €73.00. Wifi and parking are free.
Good points: the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good and included a few hot items, the gym was adequate for my needs (I did not use the sauna), I did not have any bad experience with the cleanliness of the room or bathroom, it was reasonable.
Bad points: the hotel is quite far off the main road, it would be a VERY long walk to anything. So unless you will take your dinner in the hotel (where they stop serving at 20:00!) I suggest you bring your dinner with you or plan to get back in to the car to get food later. There were only a few people staying over when I did as there was not any conferences going on, but they put another guest in the room next to mine and I could hear every word of his telephone call. (Fortunately he went to bed before me!) The TV is mounted very high in the corner, as noted by another traveller, but I am not sure where else they would put it, the room is so tiny!
The hotel is very large in its layout, it takes awhile to get from one place to another and it is an older hotel (eg single glazed windows).
Regarding payment problems that another traveller noted, I paid in full at check-in and got my factura (the Dutch VAT receipt) as well as my credit card slip. Good thing I did as the lady at check out in the morning said my room had not been paid. After showing her the paperwork from the previous night she bade me farewell.
So... it's not grand, but I have been in much worse places. I would stay here again if I needed to as my experience was not horrible, but it is not for everybody!
