Every person working there was short of being rude. Elevator are really small, so you'll have to work your way in if you have big luggage.

Also strange, in the hallways there's is some kind of sanitizer, yet all the room are supposed to be non-smoking. Rooms are really, really dated with very old electrical outlets that ares too small to take any recent plug. Forget about plug-in your laptop.

Also, about the free ADSL internet, I'm sure they meant one ADSL 256K line shared amongst all hotel guests and staff, which mean it barely managed 1to2Kbs. Not really usable, but free.

The beds are incredibly HARD. The hardest mattresses I ever saw apart from a camping mattress. The bathroom has narrow bath tub and so is the shelf for toiletries (no more then 10cm is guess). There was mold starting to grow around the faucet, I'm sure they try to clean it, yet at some point they would need to replace the joint.

The restaurant is over priced for the quality of food you get, but I guess you are stuck with their food. Worst is the 'free breakfast'. In fact, they really make sure you don't spend to much time of it, and miss you flight.

Cause in the end, the proximity to the airport Milan Linate is the ONLY reason you may ever decide to stay there.

Stayed in this hotel during Milan Fashion week and what a let down, infact what a dump, the staff were rude, the director a complete muppet infact I was that annoyed with the whole set up I left at first light.
Hotel must have been over booked as I was given a very shabby looking room, wafer thin walls, horrid interior and was dirty..phoned dowstairs to reception regarding the room and all the noise was given the same old answer we haven't got another room and we can't move you. At this point I got dressed went to reception where there was a riot going on over an over booking I added to the commotion and finally spoke to the rudest director ever on the phone, advised him of my situation he was very rude and offensive at which point I just put the phone down on him and went back to my room. I stay in many hotels ranging from 2 to 5 stars for work and nver have I had such bad service..
Personal note to the hotel, get better staff, sack your director or better still do us all a favour and close down.

pessoal ágil, cortez e competente, serviço de traslados impecável, refeições agradáveis, café da manhã farto. ambiente calmo, quarto limpo, banheiro bem dimensionado, cama kingsize confortavel, tv, frigobar basicamente abastecido, aquecedor/ar acond. checkout rapido. não há influencia desagradavel de barulho apesar da localizaçao proxima ao aeroporto linate. ótima relação custo/benefício para curta permanencia entre viagens.

We spent 2 nights (Friday + Sunday) in this hotel, the weekend is probably not the best period since there is a club just below the hotel so we had noise for most of the night on both days...
The hotel is not easy to find but ok if you arrive at Linate Airport since the free shutle will come and pick you up (positive thing of this hotel).
The rooms are quite old with sometimes broken parts, definitely not worthy 4 stars in my opinion. If you are amongst the last ones in the morning to have your shower, well then be prepared to shower with cold water.
The service at the breakfast was poor, cups, sugar, plates and others were missing. Waiters were not the most helpful people ever.
I will only recommend it for it's location.
