This is not a hotel. This place is along the lines of an expensive hostel. The rooms look nothing like the pictures that were shown. The rooms are dirty and the duvet was thin with sticky stains. The car park under the residence is poorly lit. The staff are fine until you have problem/issue and then they become argumentative. They are not multi-lingual. As soon as you have an issue they claim they don't understand what you are saying even though previously communication had not been a problem. The spray they used for bed bugs bothered my allergies and they, the front desk and manager, were totally unwilling to try to resolve this issue. However the booking company I used was great! The booking company found another place for us and refunded the money from the Citea Residence.
