We were totally mislead from the pictures, as seniors we prefer to stay on the ground, one of our group had to be in a bunk style bed, The toilet door hit the one of the beds, the floor was dirty, the mattress were all hard and lumpy as was the pillows when asked if additional pillows could be used, was told NO ! The door didn't lock so a chair was used to wedge just enough room between front door and bed, 2 towels supplied for 3 people, did get another one on request the size of large hand towel. This is an experience that will not happen again, at 3:00 am had to get up and ask people outside to please be quiet. One if our group didn't sleep at all as the mattress was so hard and wavy. Please don't waste your time staying at this hotel, we would not let our friends or family stay in it ever.

Given a ground floor room which looked like it had'nt been used for years. Spiders webs all around the ceiling and on the curtains and webs and dust on the floor. Bathroom contained two high back garden chairs, one on top of the other, had no shower tray and a plastic concertina door which was firmly stuck open as the rail it was in was broken. Toilet was dirty and smelt awful. The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. When we asked to change rooms we were abruptly told " not possible, fully booked " We couldn't face sleeping in that room so returned the keys and left and booked in to the nearest Etap hotel --nice and clean and welcoming. I am still trying to get my money refunded as I paid before we saw the room, so, a word of warning! If your'e booked in here, check out the room before you pay !

My wife and I stayed here for one night outbound to Germany and one night on the return journey, We had not used Premiere Classe previously, but our accommodation was booked by the friends with whom we were travelling. They had also booked for us to stay one night at a Premiere Classe near Metz on the return journey. The two hotels were identical - obviously pre-fabricated off-site and put together in situ. The concept was very similar to the various budget hotel chains (Campanile, Formule 1, etc.,) found on commercial/business parks throughout France. The best I can say about this one is that, of the two at which we stayed, this was marginally the better. At least it was reasonably quiet and the fact that there is a Carrefour supermarket immediately opposite it was useful. The rooms, however, are small, with a cupboard-size shower-room/toilet. In the room which we had on the return journey, the shower-room door had a warped hinge which meant that it could only be opened or closed with difficulty and very noisily, and the hook on the back of the door literally fell off - it took me about 30 seconds to re-fix it using the end of a knife as a screwdriver, but why could the maintenance person not have spotted it? Breakfast was basic but not too bad at 4.80 euros. The lesson, I suppose, is that you get what you pay for, but personally I would prefer to pay a little more to get something better.

stay last year for two days complained to the thick blonde at the reception about the state of the place and the fleas in the room looked at me blank,
stayed this year for one night as tired, had things changed ?, dont be daft things has got worse, disabled asked for ground floor room we where put on the top floor, dead rat outside the reception eating area, shower drain blocked flooded the room almost, they've still got the fleas, air con not working room temp was 25 c.
are they bothered are they flop,
i will never stay there ever again and will never recommend it to any-one.
oh yes, if you stay here take your ear defenders with you to shut out the noise from the dual carrageway right next to hotel.
