It's a F1, it's not the height of luxury, and with that in mind you'll enjoy your stay.
It can get pretty noisy as the walls are paper-thin, so, arm yourself with earplugs and you'll have a fairly good nights sleep.
In my experience, staying here a few times, it is safe, there are no problems in the car park and the breakfast is exactly as advertised.
You also get a lot of coach parties staying here en route to their final destination. If you're here for just a night, ask reception for a quiet room and you'll hopefully not get disturbed. In room facilities are generally clean, although there are no added toiletries or cups. Shared facilities can be a little grubby, but, there is always plenty of choice to use alternatives in the hotel. I guess the most important thing is to remember they are budget hotels and whilst cleanliness is important they don't have a fleet of housemaids working 24/7 keeping everything shiny... a once a day clean is as much as can be expected and so, you just have to bear in mind the first shower you visit may not be the cleanest...
