We booked this hotel for two nights because our previous hotel (Hotel Barrameda) could not accommodate us. It was rather a last resort and we were apprehensive.
The hotel is half way between the beach and the central square. It is perhaps the ugliest building in Sanlucar (a tower block in a low rise area). However, inside was very different. We had a room with a panoramic view of the sea and Donana National Park. The room was large, well furnished with a good bathroom and entrance lobby. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The public areas were clean and welcoming.
The top (11th?) floor has a bar with a 360 degree view of the area. It was the ideal place to enjoy a manzanilla and watch the sunset before dinner.
We were not taken with the breakfast, but there are excellent places nearby to make up for that.
