“French cooking at its absolute best”

I, my husband, our son and his girlfriend stayed here one night en route to Amboise in the second week in September. This is a family-run hotel restaurant - with the emphasis very much on the restaurant. The food is superb and beautifully presented. Catherine Coiffard is a truly great cook and she and her husband and staff are very welcoming. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with views over open French countryside. We'd certainly stay there again to sample more of Mme Coiffard's cooking!
