I came to this Hotel from England as i wanted to spend some time in Pais Vasco. When i first arrived by taxi it was dark and the Hotel was lit up brilliantly and looked very elegant. The Hotel itself was modern and very well designed while having touches of tradition like the statue of the Basque man in the entrance holding a sign "Ongi Etorri" which they told me meant welcome. The receptionists speak English perfectly and were very very friendly and helped us out in everyway possible, others hotels i have been just say no and thats the end but in Euba they really went the extra step.

The location itself is near to Bilbao, i dont have a car so i had to take the bus but they told me what to say in Spanish to get on the bus and the times, there is even a train station very close buy so we even went for a day out to San Sebastian which is very gorgeous. There is more to Pais Vasco than Bilbao, the hotel staff told me some beautiful places to check out, i went to Urkiola, Gernika, Vitoria and other places near or far because of the trains and buses, even the village of Durango 10 mins away is very nice.

I will be returning in September and i will definately be staying at EubaHotel, great staff, great hotel and great transport to everywhere.
