A lovely hotel and golf course in a beautiful area - unspoilt by commercialism. Absolutely perfect for a winter break. Only criticism was the food - this wasn't 5 star and did not cater for vegetarians. The staff were helpful, rooms lovely and golf course fabulous.
You need a car - as the resort is in a rural setting , tho there is bike hire on the complex. The gold courses straddle a nature reserve - with lots of good walks and great for birdwatchers. Would definately go again.

We stayed here with a group of walkers and had a very enjoyable time. The hotel is situated near a large nature reserve (woodland and marshes) which provided excellent strolling and birdwatching opportunities and a very pleasant half-hour walk to the village of El Rompido. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a private balcony and good soundproofing. The buffet meals were excellent, with a wide choice of well-prepared and attractively presented dishes. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and looked after us well.
There are golf courses surrounding the hotel, but the majority of guests were not, I think, golfers: they were holidaymakers of all nationalities enjoying a sunny winter break in attractive and comfortable surroundings. So perhaps 'golf' in the name of the hotel is a bit of a misnomer, likewise 'beach', as there is no beach closer than El Rompido.
You would need your own transport to stay here, unless you were a keen walker, or hired a bike, as the nearest facilities (shops, bars, restaurants, infrequent buses into Huelva) are at least a mile away.

Tidy, modern hotel with two ok courses on site - bit pricy outside the half board / pre-paid bar package and the food isn't fantastic.

Courses represent a reasonable test and are varied, with so so practise facilities.

Recommend for a group golf trip, but take the poker set if you want something to do in the evening.

Rooms are modern and well equiped, public areas are ok.everything is a bit unpersonel though functional and convenient. Probably meets well expectations of golfers which is not our case
One negative is the bad sound isolation of rooms
