It's a little bit of a hefty walk from the train station. Okay, that's not that bad. It is not in a very attractive area at all and I wouldn't recommend venturing very far outside the hotel after dark. The hotel itself could be called nice. The room was small but not too bad. Our TV flicked on by itself somewhere around 1:30 am and we weren't sure what that was about. I will give the staff kudos for one experience we had. Our luggage had been left in an empty meeting room while we went out for the day. When we returned, both a travelling companion and myself found our bags unzipped. Immediately suspicious, we searched thoroughly to make sure nothing was missing. Nothing was but we brought it to the attention of, I believe it was the manager and he was certainly very professional and polite when we spoke to him about our discovery. He assured us that the room had been kept under close surveillance the entire day and nothing suspicious was seen. I also believe this employee was the same one who personally went out of the hotel at midnight to shoo away a small group of noisy drunks hanging out near the hotel. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was tasty, and I would return there any day. That just about sums it up.
