We stayed for one night before an early morning flight. The hotel is attractive, in good condition and, at around £85 for B&B for two in a junior suite (through booking.com) was, I thought, good value. The junior suite had a good sized sitting room and a a large bedroom. The only downside, not really the hotel's fault, was that our room faced a park area and there was quite a bit of late night street noise.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms clean and comfortable. But above all, the service is extraordinary: courteous and prompt. They go out of their way to make sure you have a very nice stay. I would stay here again and recomment it to anyone.

We had read good and not so good reviews about this hotel and went with it hoping that the good reviews were accurate. They were.
This hotel is very convenient to the airport and has a very efficient, free shuttle.
It has nice features; restaurant, lounge, pool, gym. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
Next to the hotel there is the Atlantico Mall with shops, restaurants, grocery store (excellent to purchase food-souvenirs).
A short walk into the Vecindario neighborhood offers more shops and restaurants and seeing a real neighborhood were the locals shop and eat, not touristy.
The public transportation is easy, cheap and on time & even though the hotel is somewhat distant from the capital and the beaches, they are just a bus ride away.

This is a smart, modern hotel, but it really isn't close to anywhere, except the shopping mall (with restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket) across the road, and the airport 15 minutes away. It is a 30 minute drive to the beach resorts of the south, or to Las Palmas in the north - you should not select this hotel for leisure (I chose it because of its central location just off the motorway, because I was there doing a recce of the whole island). The standard rooms are a good size, clean, and well soundproofed. The hotel has the facilities you'd expect from a business hotel, including a gym, swimming pool, meeting rooms, and the wifi is free. There is free parking available, although accessing the underground car park was difficult, due to the faulty key card access. I agree with the previous reviewer's comment about the mattresses sagging, so you tend to roll into the middle. The hotel service was good, with the exception of a problem with the toilet, which I reported to reception in the morning, but when I returned to my room that evening the water had been turned off, the lid removed from the cistern, and the flush mechanism was in pieces - as it was my last night, I just turned the water on again, and flushed the toilet by lifting the part of the mechanism in the cistern.
