we Stayed in this hotel because we also got a coupon at our wedding.
We espacially want to this hotel because its location close to Trier and the Rivers mosel and Saar.
The hotel looks good and the hotel staff is friendly and helpfull. The restaurant isn't good (Tapas area), de dishes where very small (or price high) and the waitres wasn't to good.
The Rooms are big enough but we had a room on the 1st level and 20 other rooms had to pass ours, wich maked it sometimes very noisie.
The swimmingpool (can you call it like that) was veryyyyyyy smal, there is a motor in it to power te water so you can swim against it, but this motor was broken whan we came there.

Overall the services, breakfast and location give this hotel a OKE voting from me.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, though no warm food. Meals in restaurant average and too exensive. Room small, but very quiet and clean. No elevator, not very convenient if you have heavy luggage (we had a room on the 2nd floor). Parking can be a problem if there are many guests. Hotel located in a small village where there's nothing to do or see. No shops nearby. Car necessary. Short distance from Trier.

I wouldn't hesitate to return. The service provided by the management was perfect. I stayed at this hotel with a group of 18 people, and he had parking reserved for us out front so as not to have problems. Dinner was excellent, and the staff was friendly.

The only complaint I have is that there were no blinds in the windows, only curtains, and the sun comes in quite early in the morning. It's really the only thing I could criticize, and I'd go back again if I were in the area

We went with a coupon we've got on our weddingday, so the value was great, especcially the extra night and the winetasting, but the room was very small, the bed couldn't be put against the wall because of a border, so there was open space by your pillow, the bed was long but not wide. The meal was good and so was the wine-tasting, but the restaurant was not very cosy... The location was good for trips and for hikes, but not to go out at night. (Although, the winehouses were also great for a bite to eat). To bad that when I asked to turn the Sauna on at 8 pm(that should be on 'till 10 pm) I got nill on request... Part of the staff was superfriendly, other part was not...
