Great location close to Lake Iseo and with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are clean and modern if a little sterile, and the hotel has a lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers.

We stayed in a triple room and loved this hotel. Firstly the location is superb - walking distance to lovely restaurants, the lake and the bridge across to Sarnico. Our room was a good size with a beautiful balcony overlooking the swimming pool and lake and just right for
aperitivi before going out for dinner. The swimming pool was really lovely and in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was good and if you were lucky you got to sit out on the terrace.

Having read the reviews, my two friends and myself booked a triple room with a balcony for 5 nights. The only 'triple' aspect were the 3 coathangers in the closet! This was clearly a double room which had an extra bed put in and it was really very small and cramped for 3 adults. The balcony was big and pleasant. Bathroom very clean. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly, although one or two of them were extremely nice. Breakfst was often a bit of a shambles. As another reviewer commented there was often not enough room for everyone. Arrived one day to find 3 rolls left (one each!) No more appeared until we were about to leave! The coffee machine mix went wrong as did the juice mix . After a night of rain we had to dry up all the seats on the balcony with towels so we had somewhere to sit. The pool is lovely and there was always plenty of room. On the last day we had a late flight and asked if they had a shower room we could use. They offered us 4 hours extra at a cost of £45. We didn't take up the option but they did store our luggage. It's handy for restaurants and lake trips as others have mentioned. The towns on Lake Iseo do not (for us anyway) have the same charm as towns on Lake Garda, such as Torre del Benaco. The hotel is certainly well placed and clean but I think the experience of each visior very much depends on the type of accomodation within the hotel.For example,there are some lovely rooms with large gardens as seen in the hotel publicity pictures. We enjoyed ourselves but we wouldn't go back to this hotel or this area.Been there, Seen it!

Perfect. Everything was as expected. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained. The views were spectacular, even better than the photos on their website. Very friendly staff, very clean. Ample choice for breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Everything about this hotel, including the setting was perfect. Supermarket and pharmacy close by. Short walk to restaurants and bars overlooking Lake Iseo. Market on a Thursday and Sunday!.
