I arrived to this hotel last Sunday and I'm leaving tomorrow on Thursday. I came here to race on nearby Brno racetrack, but it didn't work out. The main reason is the nonstop rain outside but also this terrible hotel. I had dinner here at the hotel on Sunday, but I should not have eaten that mayonese dip with fries! I got badly sick and have been feeling very bad since that. I need to go to the toilet all the time, but it doesn't work!! I've been asking for help for three days, but nothing happens!
And then I had fever and swet all my bed linen and asked them to change them. Reception promised me to fix that immediatelly, but the cleaning woman came after four hours.
This morning I tried to have some breakfast, but it was really bad: cold scrambled eggs, cold litlle sausages with thick skin, dry bred, water and very bad coffee from an automatic coffeemaker.
No one here speaks english.

Basic, and very expensive
2 steaks with 2 JD cokes, approx 45quid!!
rooms weren't cleaned for 2 days, weren't even given clean towels.
Friends with 2 children were given the room next to the gym, no curtains and the shower didn;t work. when asked for help, staff seemed off-ish. We were lucky, we got the room with the jucuzi bath, lucky really, as the pool/sauna wasn't even the hotels, and you had to book it at 40euros an hour!!... complete con!!
We went out to eat 5 minutes down the road at another hotel and the food was excellent and very cheap, even with drinks. Rooms looked really nice.
