We booked a convenient package holidays. On one hand, the price was great. On other: we did not get all serviced we payed for.
A welcome was very warm, done by sister of owner (no welcome drink). We had a fantastic 4-course dinner with local specialities. Liked it a lot. Rooms were standard, maybe some decoration would make it cozy. But it was clean.View was nice, even from sun-terrace. Breakfast was OK (yes, we were not hungry after) but a bit dissappoiting. Coffee machine was so poor and coffee distasting that we tried it only once and refused it next time. Choice was not really wide.
A massage was included in our package. What a surprice that we were informed that it is fully booked. Got an advice that we should try to knock the massage room and ask by ourselves. So we tried it, couple of times. In the end agreed on massage for 2 (but we were 4 persons) and should try it another day again..???!!!... Later on, as we were sunbathing, the masseur was sunbathing as well, not in a hurry. So we asked reception later again about free term. Got answer that we already had a massage...!!! We couldn´t believe. After some discussions when the receptionist seems to be very resistant we got a promise that we will get a lunch packet instead of it. So, we changed 49 EUR massage for 2 breakfast rolls, 3 apricots and small bottle of water...
If we consider that we did not get any welcome drink, any massage, any free entry into wellness centre and sauna, no touristic map as it should be a part of this offer, the holidays were dissappointing. This hotel doesn´t treat their guests as guests. And it would be so easy to change it! i is a pitty :-(
