I was reserve this hotel trough Lastminute, due the good price and a 4 stars classification.
When I've arrived there.. where are the hotel I've seen??
An old building with a terrible entrance garden.. very.. very old!
I've just stayed there because was a work travel for one night only.
The room was clean, but just that!!
I did not recomend!!

This is a good value budget hotel and suprisingly for Italy breakfast is included with a reasonable selection.The staff are knowlegable and friendly and bend over backwards to be helpful. Trains station 1km from the hotel trains every 30 minutes before 10 and after 3 but hourly in between On our last day we tried to get a taxi to take us to the nearest mainline station of Saronno 3km away to catch the Malpensa Express but were unable to get one due to an accident on the motorway. The girl on the desk tried calling every fifteen minutes. (She would have taken us herself but she was on her own) While we waited she laid on a buffet and told us to help ourselves.In the end we had to walk to the local station and get the train one stop into Saronno for the Express. One word of warning taxis to the hotel from airport cost 60eur but if you request the hotel transfer it only cost 40

The hotel was great for a short break,friendly staff nice clean rooms and breakfast. The hotel was situated in a nice little place and had easy access to the train station which had great train times for getting to the centre of milan which took about wenty minutes and there was shops and restraunts around the hotel but its not somewhere if you want to stay in a busy place.

Overall great experince.

My husband and I visited Concorde Gerenzano at the weekend for our anniversary. We arrived at Bergamo Airport in the evening, we found it difficult to find the hotel, especially since we missed the last train to Gerenzano. However, the staff at this hotel were brilliant. The advice on day trips and how to get about Milano was excellent. The man on reception arranged for bread and cheese etc on our arrival as the local restaurant was closed (which was welcomed). Also Carlo, who was on reception gave us a lift to the train station twice which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was quite basic but very clean and the cold breakfast buffet was adequate. This is a great value for money hotel, just make sure you know how to get there. Gerenzano train station is only about a 10 minute walk. Also be warned, if you are taking travellers cheques, these can only be cashed at a bank and they close Saturday, Sunday.
