Coach trip organisers had sorted hotel,as all inclusive of our overnight trip, they couldn't have done better than use this Holiday Inn, we had avery comfortable night in a spacious. clean and welcoming room. thought we were in an executive room as it was so good.If we are ever that way again we will have no hesitation in booking into this hotel.

My husband and I decided to take our two kids to Bexley cuz we had never been there before. The hotel is in a great location, its walking distance from the train station and many busses pass right outside. Check in was easy and swift and the lady at the check- in counter was helpful and nice. However, when we got to the room we found that they had forgotten to prepare the sofa beds for the kids so housekeeping had to come do it while we were in the room. We decided to go out for a walk while housekeeping was getting the beds ready and when we got back we found that she had not left a pillow for either of the kids. I had also asked the lady from housekeeping to bring me an extra bottle of shampoo and conditioner, but that never arrived either. Furthermore, the bathroom sink was blocked up, so we called front desk to report this but it was not taken care of while we were there, so we all had to use the bathtub to wash instead. Front desk staff did offer to move us to another room, but they also informed us that housekeeping staff had gone home for the night and therefore it would be very difficult to move us.
Breakfast was not very good either. In fact all the kids had to eat was cerial and milk.
All in all, I don't think we'll ever come back here again.

Planning your Christmas do at this hotel - be ready to be disappointed! Myself and 14 friends went there on Saturday 10 December and had the worst experience I have had anywhere for a very long time. The service was APPALLING - really the worst I have known. The food (for the set price we had paid) was pathetic, the deal did NOT include tea or coffee after dinner, not even the hint of a mince pie. All in all I think this was a complete and utter rip off - Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves for such poor management. I eventually had to DEMAND that the Manager came to our table - this was after having complained to several of the staff - and supposedly we are going to be given a 25% discount off the total cost. Believe me, I will make this happen. I would never recommend anyone going to this hotel for any sort of event or even just to stay there. It was truly dreadful.

Pleasantly surprised especially because of how it looks from outside. Really comfortable warm room and bed. Food was a little tasteless but fine. I would Recommend it.
