For the second time this year we spent a delightful midweek at 21 Park House. As last time we had a warm welcome and spotless clean bedroom. The breakfast as always were superb.
Maddy made us feel at home and was always so kind and helpfull. We can certainly recommend this B&B in the beautiful spot that is West Kirby!
Our next trip to England, probably spring next year, we will definitely hope to stay with her again!!

Maddy was friendly and welcoming right from the first phonecall to make an enquiry/booking. She made us feel completely at home and was very informative. Nothing was too much trouble! Comfortable, quiet, bright, clean double room with thoughtful, homely touches and spacious ensuite facilities. Breakfasts were delicious, freshly cooked to order, with cereals, fruit, juices, etc available on the sideboard and as much tea/coffee and toast as you want. Perfectly located, a few minutes walk to the seafront at one end and shops, restaurants and station at the other end of the quiet, tree-lined residential road. Very quick, cheap and easy to get to Liverpool by train or bus - or cross the Mersey by ferry - we tried them all! Just buy a one-day travel card from the post office opposite the station, which enables you to use all three.

Clean, spacious and lovely presented rooms with ensuite facilities situated in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the seaside and the main shops and train station - very convenient for taking a day trip into Liverpool. The hostess went out of her way to accommodate our family and also our early morning departure on the ferry from Liverpool to Belfast - a delicious breakfast - thank you!

Maddy was there to cater for any of our needs including local golf events which was of much interest to us. It was perfect for location to everything and yet peaceful too. The room was clean and bright and spacious. The cold breakfast was fresh and the cooked breakfast was delicious and served hot! An upgraded shower would be nice if we had a wish list but overall the service was excellent and the accommodation was very good quality. We've already booked for next year!
